Our Leadership
Anthony Pepple
Founder & CEO, Red Haus Group
Anthony Pepple brings a unique blend of technology, recruiting, and manufacturing experience to every client engagement. He began his career with a Fortune 500 IT Consulting company, where he built a strong foundation in IT solutions. He later transitioned into employee recruiting at a Chicago-based firm; placing engineers and specialists for some of the world’s top CNC machine tool and automation companies.
As Vice President of System Operations at a leading automotive Quality Inspection organization, Anthony led the entire technological arm for a ~3,000 employee organization. Vendor sourcing / negotiations, leading hardware and software IT personnel, and large-scale Salesforce implementations across more than 500 customer sites within the automotive manufacturing sector fell within his purview to help stabilize and scale. That experience shaped his belief that the core of every business challenge stems from one of three areas: People, Process, or Technology.
That passion led to the founding of Red Haus Group — a consulting firm built to meet clients where they are and take them further than they thought possible. Anthony’s vision is to help businesses solve real problems with tailored solutions that connect the dots between people, smart processes, and the right technology.
